  1. Black Rock Caf & Bistro has been a resounding success since opening its doors 3 years ago. You can enjoy scrumptious quality food and drink with either a contemporary, Spanish, or British style. The Tapas menu is extremely popular and has a Cornish twist and is guaranteed to tempt those taste buds.
