Porth Beach is a popular family beach just 1½ miles from the town centre of Newquay, Cornwall. The large expanse of golden sand provides the ideal place for a family day out at the beach. The Atlantic swells off the beach also make Porth a popular destination for surfers.
Car parking is available on the beach, and there is disabled access. Beach facilities include refreshments, shop and toilets. Lifeguards are in attendance during the peak summer season. There is restricted access for dogs on the beach from Easter to October.
