Kenneggy Sands is a crescent-shaped, south-facing beach between Penzance and Helston, Cornwall. Though a pleasant, sandy beach at low tides, at high tide the beach is almost entirely reclaimed by the sea and access to the beach is particularly difficult.

Holiday accommodation in the area includes holiday cottages in Praa Sands (1½ miles from Kenneggy by road) and Prussia Cove (2 miles). Of Cornwall’s larger towns, holiday cottages in Helston (7 miles), Penzance (7 miles) and St Ives (11 miles) provide self catering holiday accommodation near Kenneggy.

There are no facilities at the beach and limited parking. Kenneggy Sands can be reached on foot, via the South West Coast Path, from Praa Sands, where cars can be parked. Access to the beach involves a difficult, rocky climb and rope or ladders. Dogs are permitted on the beach.
