Nanjizal Beach is a quiet, secluded beach with difficult access near Lands End. Because of its’ remote location it is more popular with Cornwall’s coastal path walkers than with sun worshippers or surfers.
The beach must be approached on foot, the nearest car parks being around 3 miles away, in Lands End to the north and Porthgwarra to the east. The coastal path from Lands End is the preferred route for most visitors.
The shallow valley abutting Nanjizal is a popular spot for bird watchers and seals are regular visitors to the area. Nanjizal is a west-facing, dog-friendly beach with interesting caves and rock formations to explore.
