Polridmouth Cove Beach is set in an attractive, sheltered cove to the east of Gribbin Head near Fowey, Cornwall. Much of the south-facing beach is reclaimed by the sea at high tide, which divides the beach into two distinct, small beaches.
Walkers along the South West Coast Path should enjoy stunning coastal views. Polridmouth Cove is passed on the path’s journey west from Fowey to St Austell, a journey which also encompasses Polkerris and Par Sands beaches.

The nearest car park is around three quarters of a mile from the beach, in Menabilly. Access to the beach from the car park is via a farmland track which is not suitable for all. There are no facilities at the beach. Polridmouth is a dog-friendly beach.
