Pendower Beach is a popular family beach on the Roseland Peninsula on the south Cornwall coast. At low tide, Pendower and Carne beaches unite to form a 1½ mile long stretch of crescent-shaped beach. The beach boasts fine coastal views of Gerrans Bay.

Self catering accommodation is available nearby in St Just in Roseland holiday cottages (7 miles from Pendower Beach by road). Further self catering options are available in St Mawes (9 miles), Mevagissey (10 miles) and Truro (14 miles) holiday cottages.

The east end of Pendower Beach is the sandier – the beach becomes rockier towards the west. The sea views are particularly fine from Nare Head, which can be reached on foot.

Car parking is available at the centre of the beach, where Pendower joins Carne. Refreshments may be taken in the hotels at either end of the beach. Access to the beach is easy, with disabled access. Dogs are permitted on leads.
