Widemouth Bay beach is located to the south of Bude on the north coast of Cornwall. An ideal family beach with plenty of amenities, Widemouth Bay is also a popular walking spot, with fine coastal views.

The beach is a popular destination for surfers, but the rocks in the middle of the beach can pose some dangers to surfers at high tide. Lifeguards patrol the beach in peak, summer months, when dogs are not permitted on the north beach.
A variety of marine wildlife can be found in the rock pools dotted around the mile-long, sandy beach. Car parking is provided by the local council and there are numerous shops and cafés to visit.
