Millook Haven is a quiet, pebbly beach lying south of Widemouth Bay, around 4 miles from Bude on the north Cornwall coast. Millook is a north-west facing beach which lies at the foot of Penalt Cliff, the strata of which is of keen interest to geologists.

The nearest car park is around a half a mile from the beach, though there are a limited number of roadside parking spaces available nearer to the beach. There are no facilities orĀ lifeguard services. The tidal swells at Millook Haven make the seas suitable for experienced surfers. Dogs are permitted.

Access to the beach is difficult via cliffs which are prone to occasional landslides and rock falls. Visitors should stick to designated pathways wherever possible.
